This comment is regarding the proposal for an interim combined sewer at Ontario Place.

Please don't pollute Lake Ontario with human waste. That would go against decades of work by the City of Toronto to separate and replace combined sewers across the city to prevent the discharge of raw sewage.

This development also risks human health as tourists and locals alike visit Sunnyside Beach and the surrounding area to swim, kayak/canoe, row and enjoy other leisurely activities. Lake Ontario (and the Great Lakes) is our crown jewel and we should protect its water quality and habitat.

Please deny this permit.
