“Wild swimming” in lakes and…

“Wild swimming” in lakes and ponds around us is so liberating- one does not have to go up north, one can swim right here, in Lake Ontario! And it is wonderful!
Putting sewage into planned swimming areas near Ontario Place, even in the short term, is crushing that freedom. It will take a very long time before the average Ontarian accepts those waters as swimmable again. It wastes all the planning and effort gone into creating a public beach area at Ontario Place.

Don’t rush. Take the time to execute the plan properly. Don’t mess it up before you’ve even started.
