The fact that this project is being fast tracked without a reasonably satisfactory outcome is a travesty. The CSO should NOT be cut off to discharge directly inside the break water until a permanent solution for the waste to be funneled out into the lake is found.

The entire west island project should be delayed until a permanent solution is found for this.
