The traffic at this intersection is hectic enough with lots of drivers already lined up really far back to turn onto the Black Creek. This will just create more car traffic, and making it more difficult to drive through/onto Black Creek. This intersection is also troublesome enough for pedestrians to be walking through with the amount of cars speeding through Black Creek, turning without watching, etc. The traffic on Lawrence between Jane to Keele is already heavy during rush hour and should not take 15-20 mins to go travel on Lawrence from Jane to Keele. With the increase of building developments in this area, this will become a much more dangerous for pedestrians and create way more congestion with traffic as it is. The Black Creek is congested enough with traffic on a regular rush hour that I don't believe adding condo development will alleviate the flow, rather increase more traffic. As a long time resident in this area, I do not believe this development is a good idea and already think the amount of traffic in this area is insane.
