Please don’t do this. I’ve lived in the subdivision on the south west corner of this intersection for 43 years and seen firsthand what a nightmare and dangerous intersection Black Creek and Lawrence has become. Plus there’s proposals for towers at Weston and Denison and Black Creek and Eglinton by the No Frills. That’s just too much in one small area.
Where would schools be built to accommodate? Traffic flow is already ridiculous as well. The community centres surely can’t handle more load. What about our fire stations and Ems? They’re constantly on the go, how can they handle even more? Regardless of where they’re dispatched from.
