It does not have sufficient detail about consultation as partners with First Nations in the zones. There is little detail that assures citizens that a repeat of the Greenbelt problems would not occur.
Other precarious areas of the province are at risk if the proposal to fasttrack proceeds. The environmental and social health of the province are vulnerable under conditions outlined by the proposal.
