It is so sad that our province has come to this. The proposal for a dump in Dresden is outrageous. It is too close to our town, will compromise our water, will disrupt our highways and our historical reputation. Not to mention the species that are at risk in our Sydenham river that Mollys creek flows into that runs right through the middle of the proposed site. How can you possibly sleep at night knowing you are ruining a whole town. This is pristine farm land with the best land for growing tomatoes where the factory in town employees many residents. We know this will affect our land, water and souls. We are totally against the removal of the EA. Rules are put into place for a purpose. Why are you throwing the rule book out the window?
