I strongly oppose Bill 5 and the creation of special economic zones that are exempt from provincial and municipal laws that were created to protect the environment and indigenous rights. The people of Ontario place a great deal of value on nature, and the laws that you find so burdensome are there to protect those things that we treasure. A small group of uninformed, biased and short-sighted politicians and developers should not be given the power to bulldoze over our laws.
