Removing the requirement of wind studies would be a danger to the public. Who is liable if a building goes up and creates unsafe wind conditions?

Removing shadow studies does not improve affordability, it will add to undesirable public spaces. No one wants to go to a park or use a public space that is in constant shadow.

These are not the reason housing is unaffordable. Affordable housing and building rental units will help with affordability.
