As an Ontario resident I am shocked; this is how they did things in China when they wanted to exploit their people. We have laws, and you’re supposed to be the party of the rule of law. ‘Special economic zones’ where the laws don’t apply? Sounds illegal. Do not do this; if you do, I hope future governments uncover the obvious cronyism behind it and jail the government officials who exploited their position to destroy our laws and our province so they could pad their pockets and those of their friends. We will not forget, we will undo what you have done, and we will make sure you’re held responsible.

Don’t forget, Bob Rae pissed us off in 1989 and we haven’t elected the NDP since. Our province has a lot of value, and a lot of it is in its natural environment. If you destroy it, I hope there won’t be another conservative government for as long.
