This proposal is bypassing…

This proposal is bypassing rule of law with reasoning for fighting US led tariffs. This is not what our government should be doing and is giving political leaders the right to create laws that bypass existing laws. This proposal can then be extended to bypass other existing laws and regulations. If the intent is to remove existing laws then those should be overturned on their own merit, not create new laws that greatly extend power to the ruling party.
