This bill lacks any scientific foundation. It goes against everything we know about the ecology of sensitive species and will surely lead to untold biodiversity loss. Economic development must happen in concert with environmental protections; anything else is short sighted and unsustainable. Stop using our tax dollars to destroy the ecosystems on which we depend! No one wants this!
