This seems problematic. Who decides who gets exemptions, and who is left behind to wait? It seems as if it is being put in place to streamline the process for a chosen few, instead of all businesses being held to high standards. If there is a problem with our system, why not streamline and fix it for all? Is there no money in that? This stinks of corruption...
