700 MORE Units in this area is ridiculous, especially for traffic. Ingress and egress on to the major streets are horrendous from this site.
There are no buildings that are 38-storeys in height any where in that area nor within a 1 or even 5 kilometer radius! Its going to stick out like a sore thumb like their other site in Markham.
There is no reason to have that kind of density there. It is NOT transit supported.

First conversion of employment lands to LTC, then life lease, now even more life lease.
Same story in Stouffville!
Compatibility from a land use perspective does not even make any sense anymore. I could understand institutional long-term care use, but this is just residential use on EMPLOYMENT LANDS.
There is no way anyone with the right mind would approve this ridiculous proposal.
This is going to be a stink for the ages in this community!
Minister Flack will have his name all over this stink.
