I am EXTREMELY AGAINST the proposal of an additional 34 STOREYS CONDOS on 36 Apple Creek Blvd.
A condo high-rise building on this location is a ridiculous idea. This is NOT a condo area like Hwy #7. For decades, I live in this calm area filled with all detached houses. Any size condo will be a disastrous disruption to the residential area, especially a high-rise building.
Mon Sheong development has already turned Apple Creek Blvd. into a 24-hour busy non-stop road. It is becoming a racetrack, pushing over 80 kph constantly, pedestrian crossing is getting dangerous especially the intersection at Rodick road. I almost got hit several times by cars at intersection of Apple Creek Blvd. and Mcintosh Drive.
The Mon Sheong development is bad enough, building such a condos will destroys our livelihoods completely.
I am strongly against this proposal.
