Woodbine and Apple creek is already pack, road infrastructures cannot support the massive increasing number of residents in the area without planning ahead of upgrading the living environments, government has to deal with the congestion of the road. Currently at this moment, the rush hour on woodbine is already in worse condition, I cannot imagine if there are more people stuck inside the 38 floor building.
