As a member of the Hamilton community, it is very important to me that the Jamesville complex be redeveloped for affordable housing. Our community needs this. We are a community built adjacent to railways. In all parts of the City. People get used to the sounds. We lived one block away from the railways for years and from experience I can say, it’s not an impediment to building homes. This is residential land. Please allow the City of Hamilton to build in this spot.
