As a local resident I am in support of moving this project ahead. My son attends daycare across the street and it is a real shame to see the derelict buildings there. This could be a real showcase of successful collaboration between a municipal government and the province. Affordable Housing is so desperately needed, how can we allow for bureaucratic red tape to hold this up?
