I live in Hamilton and I have been looking forward to good news about 405 James st. North.
Our city needs the housing but parallel to that, our city cannot have more “dead land” like this, breaking out our neighborhoods and community. This housing is ideal for busy professionals who need to travel for work every day and bring more economic power to our city. We need more people to support the surrounding businesses so they can employ MORE Hamiltonians.
It has taken too long already. We are ready to see this project take off. We need the housing!
