Hello,
Simply feedback from a life long resident of Hamilton. I'm not the "supporting documentation" kind of person.I am a retired registered nurse and I worked 36 years in a downtown hospital.

Please push this project through.
From my observations, increased residential options in this part of town is a win win for the human beings that need it most, and for the other residents of this area, for the businesses in this area and for the greater good of using the land within our urban boundary.

There have been residential units around these train tracks for decades. There continues to be renovations to homes in this area. The push back from CN is unwarranted.

I see no drawbacks to restoring this community.
Get it done.
