As a North End resident and homeowner I look forward to the development of Jamesville moving forward. Originally it was planned to be a mixed residential with City Housing, InDwell, and market rate Stacked town homes. This land was also prioritized to have housing with 3-4 rooms to increase space available for growing families! As a young family we would love to see more kids and families join this unique neighborhood in Hamilton! Looking forward to construction happening soon!
