Hamilton is in dire need of affordable housing, people simply cannot live in tents in public spaces; this is inhumane. There is a solution with the development of this property. Housing existed here for many years without issues related to the CN property.

I am disappointed that CN has held the development up for so long for issues that have never been a problem and will be expected by anyone who lives near trains. There are hundreds of homes around these tracks in this neighbourhood that exist without issue.
