I believe this should NOT be considered, CNRail does have a point about noise - I live in a house close by and it does get quite loud, nevermind being in a townhome structure right by the rail. The amount of houses they are wanting in this area is also larger then before, this area already gets so densely packed on weekends nevermind with all the added people and cars it will bring into the area.
