Please, please, please allow this housing to be built and quickly. I work every day with people in need of affordable housing, just down the street from the deteriorating Jamesville townhomes. The buildings are currently an eyesore, a danger, and a blight on the community, while people in desperate need of housing are sleeping on the streets. The neighborhood wants the housing, the city government wants the housing, everyone I speak to about this wants this area to be housing again. When one corporation can deter the will of the people who live in this city, something has gone incredibly wrong. This housing project will provide nothing but good for Hamilton. Please end the stalemate and get this project back on track for the sake of all of us!
