Janesville was a center of crime amd serious gang activity when it existed. Now they want more density and won't manage it.

Hamilton is incapable of building a complex of this size and complexity without destroying neighboring community. Just look at the tiny shelter project around the corner for the city's mismanagement, lack of transparency, and inability to effectively deliver.

CN is justified in their concerns. The noise is a lot - at times sounding like thunder and shaking houses in the area.

Please don't allow Hamilton to jump all regulations to build here. There are SO many boarded up buildings in this city, use these!!
