Please advance the MZO for this site. The proposed development is exactly the type of development we should be encouraging in this province, and should not be held up any longer!

The proposed development was designed with deep community consultation, including private market ownership, private market rental, deeply affordable housing provided by both the City of Hamilton, and the not-for-profit sector.

This development will act as a catalyst for enhancing both the urban design and the vibrancy of the neighbourhood. I would encourage the Minister to confidently provide the MZO knowing both the local and broader community are in full support of seeing this project developed. Do not delay.
