This project is long overdue…

This project is long overdue. Hamilton has a major problem with homelessness and a significant shortage of affordable housing. The proposed development is essential to address this crisis. CN Rail should not be allowed to block this development. I have friends who lived there before residents had to move out. They were new to Canada, and happy to have a place to live. No complaints about noise, odours, vibrations. No different than living near the LINC, Redhill Valley Parkway, or the airport.
