This is all around a bad idea.The town struggles to manage the property it owns now .I am sure the tax payers will be on the hook for expenses to maintain this property something very few of us want.Tax increases should not happen in this current economic situation. The political climate in this town is very toxic and since the last election the town has made several foolish financial decisions.This land is important and serious thought needs to be taken.I am not against development or expansion but the tax payers cannot carry any more burden .
