This is an absolutely horrible idea!!! I go to Wasaga Beach to enjoy the beach and the park, not to stare at more condos and McMansions! This move would make me want to spend less time in Wasaga Beach, and wouldn't help the tourism industry there at all. Not too mention the environmental impact that this would have on the area.
Why don't you go develop somewhere that ISN'T protected green space for once!
