I would like to provide my support for the MZO of the Jamesville North redevelopment in Hamilton. It's my belief that the CN Rail objection is not in good faith as there are many houses along that rail line and several along the rail yard. In my opinion, this is their att6empt at avoiding any responsibility for their actions in an urban environment. There are many examples within the city that have housing beside railyards (Lawrence), this is not a unique case.

Hamilton urgently needs housing and this development would add substantial inventory in a single project. It is vital to the community that this project can progress.
