Allow climbing! It is far less destructing that mere hiking trails. Let' be honest, it's a small handful of local landowners that don't like traffick on PUBLIC crown land who are objecting to this. In contrast, thousands of resident climbers who have equal rights to use of these lands wish to use it for climbing purposes.
Local landowners have tried working many angles to get climbing shutdown. The real issue, they don't like vehicles parked on the road, and they want their own private sanctuary with minimal outsider presence on the crown land adjascent to where they live.
