Enbridge Gas Inc. (Enbridge) commends the Government of Ontario and the Ministry of Energy and Mines (the Ministry) for taking decisive steps to modernize Ontario’s energy framework and deliver on the promise of the province’s first Integrated Energy Plan (IEP). Enbridge appreciates the opportunity to contribute feedback on the proposed Bill 40 changes to the Electricity Act, 1998, Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998 (OEB Act) and Municipal Franchises Act.
