Hi,
This legislation is overreach and takes power away from elected officials in municipalities to make their cities liveable. The focus on cars as the only mode of transportation is short sighted and there is a lot of data suggesting that focusing only on roads does little to improve the moving of people. The focus should be on moving people, not cars. Focusing on active transportation, improved rail and other methods of transportation should be the solution to the congestion problem.
