The Greenbelt is vital to the health of Ontario in many ways. It serves a vital purpose to keep carbon in the atmosphere down and it provides us with fresh water. What could be more important than clean, fresh drinking water? To ensure the profits of a few (e.g. developers and foreign corporations) to the detriment of the many citizens of Ontario is misguided and wrong-headed. I want the government of Ontario to PROTECT the Greenbelt for all of us, not PUT IT UP FOR SALE for the benefit of a few.
