Do not implement this, it will cause unnecessary chaos in managing our watersheds properly, it will not make anything easier, it’s pointless. It is just a cover up to have more power over speeding up the destruction of important natural habitat for suburban sprawl that won’t actually bring down housing prices, and also won’t provide any benefit to people now. Please do not do this.
