Allowing the Ontario government to have more power over conservation agencies is a horrible idea considering the damage it’s already caused regarding the environment. Leave the decisions regarding our protected areas up to the scientists, conservationists and other experts that have dedicated their whole lives to protecting their environment, not politicians who don’t understand the severity of the climate crisis, or understand how important protected areas are.
