Merging the LRCA into another conservation authority in southern ontario is foolish.
The two regions are so far apart- so completely unconnected. Why do this besides costs savings? If that's the only reason, find somewhere else to save costs (like not spending millions of dollars on stupid TV ads in the USA about tariffs).
