The proposed jurisdictions make sense.
I have poor respect for the quality of staff, slow to respond, incorrect response, failure to understand.
Usually they try to ignore providing response in timely manner.
I am sure there are better people out there. Get rid of the dumb and lazy.
It woud be much apprecaited by many.
