While I'm fairly certain the government has already made up it's mind on this, I'll still note that there is no evidence that anything in this bill will actually improve congestion - in fact, much of it seems prime to do the opposite. This government seems less interested in being effective than in creating actual change. I urge the government to abandon the proposals laid out in this bill and instead invest in actions that will actually reduce congestion.
