No, the amalgamation of the conservation authorities is not a good way to save public funds. Where is the research and proposed new organizational structure? How can we make such a broad change without highlighting the pros and cons? Will this change ensure the strict adherence to environmental protection laws at the municipal, provincial and federal levels?
I do not support this change to the conservation authorities.
