Amalgamating all the Conservation organizations will be a terrible mistake. The areas covered have significant differences that local authorities can better address. We are in an area that our Local Trails organization calls - Gems of Nature. It includes marshland, beaches and oak savannah. The needs of this area need to be addressed by our local Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority who have done a great job to this point.
