Terrible idea. Far too many people and units for this area. Will create a daily traffic nightmare for this area. Also, now that immigration has been reduced to more intelligent levels, supply of this type of housing would greatly exceed demand and would also negatively impact values for rental and condo units in area. Please reconsider and reduce the size and number of units.
