This is the absolute worst…

This is the absolute worst idea for this community. It is not taking into account infrastructure restrictions, impacts on transit, lack of market for condos, the inability to support such a flux in such a density, etc. This has been adamantly opposed by residents, city Council, and other local representatives. Moving forward with this project is going against all logic, and will result in residents leaving the community as you will have single handedly created a crisis that isn't sustainable at all to support your political agenda, rather than the betterment of the people, community, etc.
