I agree with the statements…

I agree with the statements submitted by the Hamilton Conservation Authority regarding this proposal.

A move away from the hyper local voices of residents, partnerships, community groups, landowners, volunteers, foundations and Indigenous partners is a recipe future negative impacts on our conservation lands.

I would much prefer that the Ontario Government set clear standards and invest in shared technology across all conservation authorities. This would require working with all local groups before making any major decisions.
