I agree with our local council in opposing the proposal to amalgamate our Conservation authorities with other entities. Amalgamation will only further diminish what Conservation Authorities are supposed to do. The Ontario Government has already a very poor history of protecting our environment. We only have one planet and have a moral responsibility to protect it for future generations and ensure that all creatures have a planet left to live on. Ford people, hands off.
