I agree with Hamilton…

I agree with Hamilton Conservation Authority’s submission to the ERO. I am concerned about losing local decision-making and I support keeping conservation decisions rooted in our community. The ecosystem around Hamilton is unique and requires local insight and decision making power to keep its best interests front and centre. I am concerned that merging conservation authorities will reduce local decision making power and will harm local natural resources in the long term.
