Locally based decision making and accountability is important for conservation. The reason for this amalgamation has not been justified. The response to issues from jurisdiction that is farther from the smaller trails will cause larger issues and takes away from the care that these small communities take in these areas. I think this will negatively affect the quality of life in this area as hiking. These trails is a huge part of a lot of this communities lives.
