I am very satisfied with the hamilton region conservation Authority as it stands. I can see huge costs to the taxpayer I amalgamation. There are many aspects of operation that could be combined for economies of scale such as purchasing. Equipment, consultants and even calendars come to mind. Please don't amalgamate.
