Apologies for the second comment but I feel it necessary to add on behalf of the W12A PLC that each conservation authority should follow its own policies, standards, fees and levels of staffing and technical capabilities specific to the individual area it services.

The unpredictable and inconsistent turnaround times for approvals across all conservation authorities should be understandable given all areas are different with different needs.

There is no way someone in Windsor, Brantford or Shelbourne has any idea what the people of London need to be able to protect our community from floods and natural hazards. Only our local Kettle Creek people know that.
