NO. Leave the local population to determine how to manage their conservation areas. There is no need for persons not even aware of what we have (or have not) that they get to choose what we need/want. That is for us to determine. If Doug Ford wants to save money to spend on Niagara Falls casinos - he can "consolidate" his own government members.
